Default AC removal

My AC has been out on the trans am for as long as I have owned the car. If it gets too hot I pull the T tops off and just go. I think the pump its self is bad maybe a bearing in it. It makes a small noise kind of a grinding sound at ideal. My question can I simply remove the small belt that’s drives the pump for now with throwing my crank or any thing like that off balance. Second when I have time I would like to remove the system its self AC condenser, Pump, lines, ETC. Would this create any problems with vacuum or any thing of that nature.[>:]

I just removed all of my AC stuff as well as the heat equipment. For a resonable price I'll ship you my AC compressor or any other parts to make yours work.
