I need some help on identifying this and how to fix it.

This is the evap tray correct?


This is a crack here and is the source of the leak.


From the picture on shbox this looks like the drain. It's doesn't look clogged at all.


Maybe Z28Pete can help, because he's come up on all the previous threads related to this. I just can't find anything that shows how to fix it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
