Unless you have an upgraded ignition you might as well go with AC Delco. You won't notice anything with the MSD, unless your current wires are crap.

both are good brands, theres nothing performance related between plug wires, as long as you have a good connection youre fine.id go with the ac\delco, most likely they will be cheaper

Actually, there is a performance difference between wires. And, if you're running an MSD ignition, you need to use these MSD wires, or Taylor brand. They are a spiral core wire with the resistance and suppression that works best with the MSD ignition. But, if your ignition is just plain-jane, I doubt you'll notice a difference. If you do plan on ever upgrading your ignition to an MSD however, or a multiple spark equivalant, and you need wires now anyway, then going with MSD wires would be a smart choice.

how long are the lt1 wires? for th ls1 we dont worry because they are only about 8" long and no spark power is lost except in very extreme setups. that is what I would look at. I know the opti sits under the motor, so I would assume length is an issue. go MSD then. but again, even in straight carb applications, the wire type is not where the smart money is at with a mostly stock car
