would the front clip from a 99 fit on a 00 z28? im talkin bumper, cover, hood, fenders, support, radiator support, headlights, the works thanks guys.

It's the exact same everything. I have a v6 and a guy once came up to me to ask the most common question amongst camaro owners "6 or 8" I said 6 and he responded with "yeah it dont look like an 8" really the only difference between 98-02 camaro's (appearence wise) is the tire size. Every other body panel is the same. Unless we are talking SS where (as you know) has a different hood and spoiler but those parts would fit on a z28 or v6 to. So its all in picking your poison if you are trying to rebuild a camaro. Good luck!
