Yup, it has all of that

 

Is it possible a previous owner stripped it from the car? Are there any wire harnesses or mounting brackets around where the control module should be?

Yup, ill look for wiring later today and on the pcm to see if the wire for vss is there. Maybe I can wire it in. I asked previous owner and she said she doesn't remember it ever working. But she also said it ran when parked yet threw a rod. Have a Buick 3800 in it now runs great
