put it i.n the wrong spot window was working fine .powered it down now w.o.nt go up ,I hear . this yeak noice sometimes from dash area it has.. 3 wires to each side blue grey an brown for drivers side an one black ground ,is there a relay under the hood for those they seem loose any help great ,its new motor just last year looks like some had the button holder off at one time ,just want to get I up for now so will try to jump wires an see what happens thanks for any hel.p

 

when you push for up I hear the yeak comeing from the vent

 

did you check the fuse

 

yes I checked it my passegers window works the slow one it is if I new wich ones were the power blue grey then brown seems for that side there is 3 wires for each side..,i would think one is. for up an one for down then your ground wire ,is there anything under the hood a relay the nois.e from the vent is weird

 

like .said. I hear noice from vent goes yeak ,is there shcematic hear , ok I did read about module. at another forum. explains the noise . an also that there are 2 breakers seems the same as 95 ,? wich an where are they breakers

 

ok it said if I get 12 volt reading an it drops to 00 I got bad switch but both sides did the same yet pass still works ,it says the module. I think is under the trans cover ,to know where the breakers are would help now ,omne thing for sure its strange an its been off before someone had electrical tape wraped around the switch,i guess the center concole need to be pulled under the .ashtray should be the module ,now the breakers,found most info from.another forum,

 

better take the tape off and see if theres a faulty wire connection under it.

 

better make sure switch is good, try ohming it. wonder if it could be the express down modual. almost sounds like bcm problem, any other wierd issues?

 

?don't know what you meen couse they moved I think it is express down .the thread I been respondeing to both yes the tape is factory though there all loose even pass side but it works I took ogg pass side see if it would plug in it 5prong plug.want work they makes things so hard .whats the bcm ,if there switch local I may go buy one,thanks craby read the other thread I g.ot some info there too sorry for the screw up with 2 threads,ordering a switch autozone knows nothing of a bcm or module.when I google it all I get is pigtail to something so whatever that thing is in around the transmission was mention express down modual located above the trans tunnel aaahhh ,nothing under the center cover will I need to get the car up to find out ,an could it be one side if the switch guess will find that out tomorrow

 

ok one more thing is I read that it should read 0v if its not .pushed up or down ,it reads 12 volts + when you push for up or down 0v ,so trying the switch where the m.o.dule is located it still .not known ,? is inside the car .ou.tside the car ,does not make sence its there I hear it but where ?? thanks I a,lso did read an express down module does not work for going up only down ,so switch I hope so,i did read this .express down module is behind. glove box according to a 4th gen manual an this one kid tore up his car to find an then said .it was under drivers side cover hummm,going to pull.drivers side cover craby you asked about anything else well when I run the AC evry now an then I get the gauges going hay wire like my voltage will drop few lights come on they go off that is dash lights it has nevr seemed to a problem..,i have priced a used bcm for $40.00
