I have a stock, high milage 3.8 convertible. Plan to add headers and dynoflow exhaust. Looking for overall modest improvement in performance...nothing radical. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Don't plan to break the bank on the drive train as I plan to spend some semi serious cash to correct some hail damage and redo the interior.

Thanx Sticky....Looks like a pretty good start. Surprised to see so many people referring to intake, exhaust, rearend and drive shaft improvements BEFORE talking about cams and fuel injection systems. My regular weekend mechanics have to do with either my 71 shovelhead or 71 F100.

You don't really want to Cam up a high miles 3.8. Your better off saving you money for a new/rebuilt motor.
