97 LT1 Heab bolt torque specs with ARP bolts
Should I do 3 passes to 65 ft/lbs or to 85 ft/lbs (as labeled in the ARP instructions) ?
PS. im using thread sealant not ARP assembly lube and do not have an angle torque wrench
