Question 96 Camaro won't start puzzled

I have a 96 Camaro v6 3800 that started having some issue the other day. On my way to work it started bogging down whenever the gas pedal was pressed. even dropping down a gear it did it, if I let up on the gas peddle it would start to pick up speed, it then started running fine. After work it started but at low idle and died. fired back up and started bogging again. Made it home but now will not start. It turns over and may catch for a second or two but then dies. Checked the fuel pump and filter both are good. thinking it could be a fuel pressure regulator or a vacuum line but need some advice. I know I am over looking something. But I'm stumped.. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

How did you check the fuel pump if you don't know what fuel pressure it has? You need to check the fuel pressure its the only way to check the fuel pump. Sure sound like a fuel pump. Could be a Cam sensor or a few other things but step one would be check your fuel pressure

Welcom to our Forum ! Here is the parts manual, get a copy for reference.

Does it have the SES light on ? , if so get it scanned for trouble codes.
