Had a hard time following this at first....but, why didn't you just use your good engine from your 96 and put it in the 94 and use the 94 wiring? Would have been easier to do it that way than to swap every thing from the 96 to the 94.

pink wire is the same on pin G as c105's B everything else in c105 just crap (traction control and cruise control) there doesn't seem to b2 many differences but the things that r different seem to matter the wires i am most concerned with are C220 pin E on a 94 it is (Throttle Position Sensor Signal (EBTCM)) and on a 96 its (Power feed from PCM ignition Fuse #13). C230on a 94 pin G is (Power feed from PCM ignition Fuse #5) and on a 96 pin G is (Power feed from engine senor Fuse #10) everything else is the same, not used, or can be eliminated.

C105
1995-1997
Cavity Wire Color Description
A Orange/Black Traction control system spark retard
B Pink Power feed from Fuse #10
(injectors 1995/eng sensor 96-97)
C Tan/Black Traction control system throttle position
D Dk Green Cruise control signal-disengage (V6 VIN K only)
E Tan Serial data signal (VIN P and K)
F White Cruise control indicator lamp output (V6 VIN K only)
G Lt Blue Traction control active

take all the wiring out of your 96, install it into the 94 and be happy. There were differences in the way the car is wired in the trans, bcm, computer (94 has an ecu and trans comp the 96 has a PCM controls both) the instrument cluster is also different. It seriously would be easier to simply swap the entire harness intact rather than splice it.

i am using the 96 engine wire harness and computer my concern is the 3 lines from the engine wire harness to the car when the 96 was totaled the wiring in the dash of the car was destroyed by the custom console if u mean to switch the wiring in the dash

So you are using the gauge cluster from the 94? The 94 didnt use the computer for all of the sensor inputs and the 96 cluster did. Your fuel, amp, and I believe oil will all be wired differently. You have a large can of worms and you really should have the wrecked car handy for this job.

Not only that the security system for the 94 was in 3 different modules in different locations of the car, the 96 only has one, the BCM. Your computer needs the go/nogo signal from the BCM in order to turn on the fuel pump for the engine to run. This is just one of the worms in your can.

the 94 is still complete the only thing from the 96 is power plant and pcm with engine wire harness so security, fuel gadges will remain uneffected and the wiring from the engine harness is almost exactly the same functionality and color cordially only a very few wires are
Different mainly the pink (power feed from pcm fuesed #10

you will not be able to scann it for trouble codes without the under dash wiring. need the obd2 plug.
