Alright back to this again, I called up autozone and they can't find anything called a relief valve, is there anything else is would be called? because what he thinks it is, is something I will have to go the chevy dealship to get and thats the last thing I need

 

fuel tank vent valve is what it says in the book i have. part #10224239 or 10245442 everything i see says part discontinued.
