95 Z28 OBDI/OBDII not reading.
95 Z28 with an OBDII connector, OBDI system.
Our scanners are getting power when connecting to the computer, but can never read the codes.
We have the correct scanners.... I know this is a hybrid between OBDI and II.
Just wondering why I cant actually pull up the codes. Any ideas?

did you try a different yr and/or a truck on the vehicle settings? i have to use the 92 auto setting for my 93 or it wont scann. when i called the tech line we went through a few years and switched back and forth between truck and car before we found it.

You need a OBDI scanner with an OBDII cable or adapter. Better yet, is acanner that does both OBDI & OBDII, and they come with the proper cable configuration. You could also make up an adapter cable if you only have an OBDI scanner.
