Default 95 z pulls left

Hi all. So basically like the title says, my 95 z pulls left. I'm almost positive its done it since I got it but I can't remember for sure. I've had two alignments done and actually had a mechanic look into the issue not too long ago. They said the alignment looked fine and suspect it's a tire issue but since I have directional treads they can't completely switch the tires to see. I'm pretty sure it pulled on my last tires too though. What are some things that might cause it to pull left? Parking in the garage with my wheel completely straight, you can just barely see the front tires turned to the left ever so slightly but like I said, I've had it aligned twice and again had the alignment checked just recently. These weren't all done at the same shop either.

tire pressure low on that side, brake drag, tie rod end or ball joint with enough play. does it pull to that side all the time or does it change

It's the same all the time. Curiously I didn't think about break drag but I don't think that would be exactly the same all the time. I had the tie rods replaced some time ago and I know it pulled before then.

jack the front up and turn both wheels and see if one is harder to turn and listen/feel for grinding or vibration. wheel bearing going south could also do it.

Swap the tires from front to back and see if it still pulls.

Front to back didn't make a difference, the shop tried that.

Pretty sure the ship checked that but I'll mention it next time

It's pulls to the left and there is a slight noise when turning sharply to the right at slow speeds. It's kind of a moaning noise.
Sorry for the multi posts, I'm replying on my phone :/

your sway bar look ok, car on flat ground, is it level? stock the driver side should be 3/8-1/2 in higher. i know, weird but thats how they are. measure center of the wheel, ground to fender.

Higher than what? The passenger side or the back?
