Default 95 Camaro OBD scanning problems

I have a 1995 Camaro 3.4L automatic transmission that I'm having trouble getting the diagnostic scan at parts stores. Their scan tools always show an error message. I included pics of the under dash drivers side connector and the underhood tune up label.

Car idles a little rough and has a little loss in power on flat roads but in an uphill pull it bogs down and spits and sputters and occasionally backfire or misfire maybe and I can hear a airhissing(sucking?) sound , especially when the transmission downshifts. Any help will be greatly appreciated!

you may have a plugged catalytic converter. the 95 lt1 is obd1 with a obd2 plugin. im not sure about the 95 v6 setup.
