95 with 3.4l V6
Hey guys,
my son wants to buy a 1995 camaro for sale locally. It has 124,000 actual miles on it. We took it for a test drive today. Drives nice, when accelerating it shifts from 1 to 2 just a little "hard", but otherwise smooth.
They are asking $2400 for it, and I told my son to offer $2100. I did a Carfax on it, and nothing bad has happened to it at all. If he wants to buy it I am going to ask my mechanic that does all my car work, to check it over, put it on the computer etc.
Just wanted to ask you guys that have been around these, anything I should really look for in this 1995?
Thanks for your time and help
Dan

It should make a good daily driver, unless your son is looking for a hot rod, which this car is not. The 3.4 engine is best left alone as it is not very responsive to modifications, unless a lot of time and money is spent on it.
