Default 95 3.4..troubles

Ive put every mod (at least bolt on)that I had the money for, Ive replaced,
New fuel pump
New Fuel filter
Recent Oil change
Spark plugs/ wires
New IAC
New K&N intake
New exhaust
New Headers
New Battery
New Starter
New Gaskets

It still runs rough! Since day one when I bought it, I restored it to what it is now, and I just want it to perform that way. I seafoamed it already (about a month ago) but havent driven it on the road, just ran it. Is it normal that there's still some white smoke coming from the back? I started her up tonight after letting her sit a week (due to school) and theres the white smoke.. will it just take time to disperse from the engine? Im taking it to the shop tomorrow because he does free diagnoses, my main concern is the rough idle, it doesnt so much as shake anymore but the exhaust sounds more rapid, any thoughts?

are you sure the "smoke" isnt steam? when its cold out water condenses in the exhaust than heats, boils, and steams

as for the rough idle hows it when you drive? any codes?

Not to be a pessimist, but rough running and white smoke from the exhaust can be an indication of coolant getting into the combustion chamber. May want to do a compression test before throwing more parts at the problem.

This.

Coolant in the combustion chamber will definitely cause your idle to be rough.

LMAO I thought you were asking if I was "sippin" ha, nah I just thought the smoke was reminent of the Seafoam that was put in it. Looks like a headgasket change is in the near future.

Figured by now it's the lower intake manifolds because there is no coolant inside the oil but the coolant seems to be disappearing, Im going to be doing some tests tomorrow, luckily I already have all of the gaskets
