94 Z28 wiring harness? Who makes them specific?
Guys,
So one issue I may have to deal with in my final stages of getting my car back on the road is the wiring harness. I purchased a Painless wiring harness but it was more of a universal, not specific, harness. Since I put in almost a brand new (rebuilt) engine with new sensors and almost everything new, I didn't want to chance having a harness that could be an issue. I found a company called LT1 Wiring Harness.Com and emailed them. Their reply...Hey there,
This harness is for 94-95 LT1 from a camaro, it is a stand alone harness and is not tailored for any particular vehicle. I hope this helps,
Also we do NOT have the software any longer for the programming of the ecm, sorry.
Robert
Has anyone worked with this company or purchased their harnesses? Nothing appears to be wrong with the one on the car. I just didn't want to chance it and having a nice new harness to compliment a new motor would be nice.
Thanks guys
