94 z28 runs terrible when at operating temperature? Help!

It would start right up dead cold but after warming up would start crapping out and eventually die, after a cool off it would start again.
One day it just wouldn't re-start at all.
Unfortunately the car wasn't a daily driver and the warranty was up despite the low mileage, I bought another low cost Opti online and then sold the car.

I have an otc scanner that will tell me everything but I just don't know what to look for. The O2's have very low mileage on them and from what I was told if you unhook the maf it won't read them and stay in closed loop. Still acts up that was as well and throws and ses light and kicks the fans on with the maf unhooked

I don't know about others but when the new "rebuilt?" World Products Opti the mechanic installed in my '93 went bad after only 10K miles it acted exactly like that.

The ses light only comes on when I unhook the maf to keep it in closed loop. And no I didn't lock tight the rotor I just put the distributor on. But that's not the issue since I just put it on and it hasn't ran right since I put it on.

It seems like different days it runs different. When I changed the coil it was warm and raining. When I started it it ran like poop from the time I started it. Later in a cooler dryer day is started and ran better for a little. Something with temp or moisture is changing it.
