Default 94 Z28 Flywheel problem? Video

So my 94 Z28 (138,000) Camaro is having its worst time ever. In these last 2 weeks its had more problems than the 7 years combined that I've had my car. The car is pretty much stock and I'll ask these questions one a time. Does this seem like a flywheel or starter problem? All of a sudden it started a nasty grinding sound. This wasn't even my original problem but now I'm stuck with this issue first.

starter could be lose or going south, flywheel could be bad in one spot but not likely to come on all the sudden. pull the starter and have a look at the flywheel and starter gears. could be either. i have seen some fellas on here have the housing break.
