93 Camaro engine noise?

I just need some ones input on what this noise could be..it overpowers the exhaust sometimes. I think its a pulley, but i am no mechanic

Bad A/C compressor pulley/clutch would be my best guess.
With the engine off, remove the belt and start twirling some pulleys by hand and give a listen.
