Yes. I own a V6. Had it for about 2 years now and nearly fixed every damn problem (new engine coming soon). I love this lil car to death.

So.. I wanted to get an exhaust system for it. I don't want something that idles too loud (I mean throaty is good.. just not enough for noise complaints! haha), but something that's not ricey either.

I know -very little- about the exhaust of this car, however I could probably write the book on the cooling system. What do I need/what should I get? Thought the Flowmaster 40s sounded nice, but still need recommendations for a full system, but if any of you have sound clips of what you have, I'd be happy to listen.

Bear in mind, I do need to pass inspection still.. so I need the muffler and stuff.

 

with these v6's it can be expensive to get rid of the rasp in the higher rpms (3k and above) there are some nice sounding v6's on youtube that have true duel exhaust, thats the expensive custom part. most of the bolt in exhausts i've listened to on youtube sitll have that high rpm rasp. many people will recommend upgrading to a v8 to get rid of the rasp haha

 

a few of the guys have liked the borla system on the 3.4. adjustable so you can tune it to your likes or the neighbors.
