3.4 remanufactured, or get the old one machined?

I like the pictures, its a nice lookin car. I dont have the time to fully rebuild the motor myself, so I will have to take it to a shop and have it done, if I go that rout and then put it back in myself. I was just curious if anyone who had more mechanical know how than myself could tell me what they thought. I have a couple opinions, and a new question to ask the mechanic about. tho if it has a 2700 price tag, I dont think I cant get it bored and all that jazz either. So it looks like the best deal for me is gonna be to go and have my engine rebuilt at a shop.
I am still in the process of finding out if I can force the oil shop to replace my engine, but it doesnt look very promising. on a side note, if anybody has a wrecked camaro that they dont want and has less than 30k on the motor, I might consider buying it if I can listen to it run... Id be interested in 3.4 and 3.8 but I want the whole car.

haha no its for me. I bought the car a couple months after I turned 18 and started college. I drove the car for a year and then the engine trouble developed and it has sat for a year. I was trying to trade her to somebody for a truck, but turns out their truck it a rattlin piece of crap that keeps breakin down. I needed something to drive this winter when I cant ride my bike... but since I couldnt find a decent truck to trade/buy I am just gonna put a new motor in her. I loved the car, but I wanted a 3.8 haha. I just wanted one a little bigger with 50k or less.
