Yes they are now, I replaced/ reran the hose for easier access and all the controls are working great on it!

 

Where did you buy a replacement pipe and how did you re-route it? I'm having the same problem.

 

Just go to any auto parts store they will have the small vacuum hoses, just get the three foot one and run it with the wiring harness back behind the intake manifold I just used heat resistant tape to attach it to the harness as running it though the plastic will be a pain.
