Default 24X crankshaft Sensor

I have a 1995 Camaro 3.4 liter that has a stumble when I first take off. After further investigation a friend had the OBD 1 code reader and we read the ecm. A code of DTC36 showed up and pointed to the frontal crankshaft position sensor. Went down to the auto parts store to get one only to find out that the part is no longer made.
Has anyone on the forum ran into this and what did they do. HELP!!

rockauto.com carries only one brand, a Standard Motor part #PC28. Although, I'd rather use an OEM AC Delco, I don't think it's available.
