2002firebird to 1999 camaro

I have a 1999 3.8 5 speed camaro with a bad motor. I found a 2002 firebird 3.8 with an auto tranny . My question is can I swap the firebirds motor to mine and will my 5 speed bolt on to that motor.

yes you can. why not use a series 3 3.8? they dont cost that much and should be plentiful and do have more hp.
