2000 Chevrolet Camaro Z28 (LS 1) 5.7 L

Gentlemen,
I was checking out this Camaro on Craigslist...it has 137 k on it and he wants $5000 for it. It is very clean....
What do you all think??

better have a look at it cause thats a pretty good price for one in good shape. 6 sp would make it even better.
