i believe the 98 to 02 are or at least should be. 97 is a lt so im thinkin it may or may not be.

Well, I'm a firm believer that anything's possible...but the lts are altogether a different size and shape (they're narrower). 98-02 are interchangeable. But I would think any lt and ls would not be...at least not without mods to it...but if you're going from a 99 into a 98, that should be no problem. I have a spare 99 cluster from a 'bird and it's the exact same (fit-wise), just different colors and such.

You run into any problems during the swap? I don't know how different the whole interiors are from the lt to the ls, just that the clusters are completely different. I don't like lts at all.
