1999 camaro 3.8l instrument cluster issues
 

I have a 99 camaro 3.8l the instrument cluster spedometer is off by 4 mph, the gas gauge reads 1/4 tank at all times even with the car off unless you bang on the dash it will drop slowly if the car is off, the brights indicator does not work, and oil gauge seems a little off just jumps up quick when I hit the gas and vice versa when I let off gas I'm new to gm vehicles so I'm not familiar with this do I need a new instrument cluster is my fuel sending unit bad, bad ground? Any ideas or how to test it? I'm lost

gas gauge could be a few things. stuck float, bad sending unit, failing gauge. oil pressure could be sending unit, at least that would be the first i would test. speedo could just need adjusted.

Any ideas how to test the gauge?
