You're positive yours is a 30th Anniversary Edition model? This is how they looked on the outside, stripes in back too, having white seats with a "30" logo on the headrest. They were Z28, Z28/SS only.

According to the old calendar on the wall, all the 97's were "anniversary" models. The "30th Anniversary Edition" was a special model. White with full orange stripes (no stripe on convertible top), and seats as shown.

Last I checked, all stripes for the fourth gen, Z/28 or SS went full on down to the bottom of the bumper.

Edit: The Repop versions show down onto the bumper. Quoted from the book, "All stripe sets are molded to the contours of your Camaro's body panels for correct appearance, and a perfect fit."

I would think someone added the stripes, seats, floor mats, etc. to make it look like the special edition.

RPO codes for the "CASABLANCA WHITE" is 10U, Z4C is the Anniversary edition, R7T is for SS

Never seen one with it yet from the factory, but I could be wrong.
