1996 headliner replacement
My headliner is driving me nuts hanging down on the top of my head, and I wish to make it this season's first project on the car.
I am looking at this one
http://www.gmpartsdirect.com/catalog/frameset.cfm for 136.81
Is this a simple replacement? It looks easy enough but I am unsure...
Thanks

Alternatives
I am looking to fix my headliner for my 96 also. I know there are a few aftermarket companies within the same price range(Plus Shipping) out there, but they are composed of plastic verses the paper board.
Does your camaro have T-Tops?
Installation Steps:
1: Remove Visors
2: Remove rear Dome Light
3: Remove T-Tops to remove plastic end caps (if applicable)
4: Remove center plastic push pin (T-Tops)
5: Remove Piller moldings
6: Pop down Seatbelt headliner clips
7: Remove Headliner via the rear Hatch
As an alternative has anyone considered trying to reinforce the original paper broad headliner with something like fiberglass and then recovering it with headliner fabric?

No T-tops on this one...
I see my paperboard is flaking into deterioration too. If I understand correctly this thing is shipped in a roll, so there will be no new cardboard I assume.
The replacement looked like it would be easy enough, but I was just checking to see if anyone else here had done it, and where they had gotten their replacement.

Hmmm....I see that now. They did not charge me near that for S&H on my dashboard replacement. It comes grey I believe, which is what I have. Thanks for the heads up on the price though. I'm all ears to another source for the liner if anyone knows a better place to shop.

Thanks for the link, I have stockpiled it with my other Camaro links.
While waiting for a response to this post I stopped by a local trim shop and checked price also.
To replace the liner and sunshades for me they will charge $235.00 installed. (no hardboard replacement)
