Exclamation 1995 Camaro

i have a 1995 camaro, 3.4L convertible. i dont know whats wrong, i stopped to get gas one day and the car hasnt really started since except when i got it home but it ran really rough when it did get started. ive replaced the fuel pump i think three times and it will turn over but when i check the fuel pressure theres is no pressure accept when its trying to turn over. ive replaced the spark plugs and wires and the coil packs and resistor plate and the EGR valve. if you have any advice please let me know.. the car also sat for a little over a year.

What you are seeing when checking fuel pressure is normal. If the engine fails to start, the pump will only run for about 5 second and then shut off. The fuel pressure should hold for a while after is has been primed, if not the pressure regulator or the check valve (part of the fuel pump) could be bad. Have you checked for spark while the engine is being cranked?? If the spark is hot, then check to see if the injectors are being fired

And also, shouldn't it hold some pressure and fuel when the car is off or is it normal that there's nothing?

The fuel pressure should hold or drop very slowly when the engine is off, if it does not it could be a bad pump, fuel pressure regulator, leaky injector/s. Check to see if injectors are being fired by using NOID lamps, which blink when the PCM pulses ground to the injectors.
