Default 1994 3.4L Help

I recently purchased a 1994 3.4L, it does have some problems and need some help before I embark on fixing it. The oil pressure gauge, tachometer, and speedometer does not work. The tach and oil pressure gage does not move at all, but my speedometer will gain mph at around 60mph. So at 60mph it says im going 5mph. I looked at the wiring and it is a complete disaster in the car. The previous owner tried to wire his stereo and cut so many wires.

Just some help so I can either use this as my daily driver or flip it.

I would get a haynes manual for about $20 from autozone or wherever and go through the wiring and make sure its all ok. Sounds like he snipped some wires that he shouldnt have.
