key on not running: 49 to 50 psi

engine at idle : pressure should drop by 3 to 10 psi

don't allow fuel pressure to exceed 60 psi.

most likely vacuum problem..

try unhooking the vacumn line that goes to the regulator and see what the fuel pressure is.

So the regulator replacement fixed your issue?

yes i did notice. i recomended an adjustable one. then u can adjust the pressure to were u want it. just a thought. it may be that the fuel pump is pushing to much pressure for a stock fpr. if your vacumn is correct i cant think of anything else.
