What all do i need to paint my car

I have a 89 iroc z and i want to do my first paint job what are some of the start up tools i will need? Also whats works best on the sanding & rust removeal?

i say you just take it to a shop. The paint you need you can only get from a dealer i think... And it is very expensive. So if you do it yourself and it looks un even it will be a big waste
