Flush mount gas cap
Removed the hinged cover flange
Making a template
Filler panel prepared for welding
TIG weld the panel
Cut a hole for the new filler flange
TIG weld the flange
Finished the fabrication. Needs body work and paint
I decided to add a flush mount gas cap to match the flush mount door handles that I am about to install.
