Default Door compatibility

Would 1986 IROC or Z-28 doors fit cleanly onto an RS? The kid I bought my RS from put an IROC hood on, and it doesn't match up quite right. I have the original hood which need some cleanup before it can be reinstalled, but the doors of the car are pretty rotted out on the bottom, and I just figure installing salvaged doors in better shape would result in a tigher fit than trying to repair the rot. I've been looking around, and most parts I see are either off of an IROC or Z28, so would they fit (almost) perfectly?

And anyone know how much a set of doors in fair condition might be worth? (How much would be a fair offer if I was buying them off someone)

You should be able to adjust the hood near the springs, see if the bolts can slide in their positions. (instead of being a bolt through a circlular hole, it's probly an oval hole, to allow adjustments)

Also, I don't see why they won't match up perfectly. I don't know if you'll need shims like on older models, but I reckon it will work perfectly.

doors will fit fine so you should only have regular alignment issues
