I recently had a problem with my Camaro's throttle sticking and I thought i fixed it (https://camaroforums.com/m_235463/tm.htm) but my fix only helped marginally. I am now looking for a new throttle body which I assume would stop it from sticking but I wanted to know what a good one is for a third gen 305 V8. And if I am going to replace the throttle body I may as well go for a performance one. I looked for Edelbrock and I couldnt find one for my engine but I did come across BBK and Holly throttle bodies. What do you guys reccomend?

holly makes a good one. combine that throttle body with their throttle body intake manifold and you got a great package.

 

Have you used the Holly one before 350rs? I would hate to throw too much money in this. I plan on picking up a 350 and rebuilding it to swap my 305 out, so the less cash the better. If you have any suggestions on where I can pick up a Holly for cheap let me know! I wont mind doing a write-up on which ever one I go with MadMike. I just would have nothing but my crappy stock one to compare it to [8D]
