Default t-56

Anyone know good places to find some cheap t56 trannys from the 93-97s i can just put right onto my IROC? i've been looking but help on sites or places to look would be much appreciated.

What do you consider cheap for a T-56????? Also this is not just a drop in and bolt up type swap.

cheapest places, not necessarily cheap, and if you can find them from the lt1's they fit into the same places as the existing transmission, ive talked to a couple people who did the swap already and told me it fit right in no problem.

So find a cheap T-56 and drop it in with no problems. Well good luck to you.

might be able to get the tranny itself cheap on craigslist or something. but it will need to be rebuilt. That tranny is in high demand and people know it. So its gonna fetch a pretty penny.
