Do i need them if i can get around the emissions? If i dont need them can you give me the best possible idea of what all i can take off?

 

Don't know the laws in your state, but most states won't pass it.

 

i just took all my smog off.. Here in colorado all smog laws were lifted. YES YES YES anyways.. 84 z28 305 I pulled pump all hoses the part that connects to exhaust was pulled and holes pluged and it runs beautiful. The only concern i had was that there is an electronic advance that i heardis mixed in there somewhere so dont disconnect anything that goes towards distributor.. i didn't run in to anything that affected that but i was told to watch out for that... anyways i pulled everything and blocked sealed or bolted any holes left.. its nice.
