Fram PH13 is a common Filter on GM V8, try with Baldwin B6 or AC Delco PF35, they work too.

All the Gen1 V8 engine's from the late 1950's until 1992 use the same filter (PH30). Not a non-existent PH13, you sure you're reading yours right?
But, I would stay away from the orange Fram "PH" filter, the base has a poor bypass design. Their "TG30" filter is fine to use though.
However, I prefer to use the STP filter #S8873 because it got good reviews by a testing facility, and it's the same identical (relabeled) filter as the AC-Delco.

In stores, I've never seen or had a PH13 as an application fit for these engines. Doing an online search shows it to be a marine filter.

The long 2-qt SBC truck engine filter works well and gives you a extra quart of oil in the system. Started using one since my first oil change in 1987 and there is NO clearance problems.
