are you going to swap over the tpi to the new motor? if so, there are a lot of things you will need to change. if you are going carb, you can then remove much of the efi harness. as for the subframe connectors, you can but a set of bolt ons. i highly recomend getting them. www.spohn.net sells a 3 point sfc that i believe is weld in, but i completely clears the exhaust without requiring the floor to be cut. as for that trans, i have never heard of such a thing

WHat Mirco said. I wouldn't recommend the TPI on a 350 without porting the crap out of it. You're going to run out of steam at about 5500. go for a new intake for that setup.
Are you sure it's not a 700R4 trans?

To me that all sounds a little iffy. You have to be 100% sure you are getting what you paid for. I've also never heard of that trans, so if it is what you say it is, it may require some extensive fab work to get the x-member correct as well as drive shaft and torque arm mounting locations to be spot on. Just be wary of buying these types of set-ups and cover all the bases before you part with your money.

I re read the original post, and I tend to agree. It does sound iffy. A six speed trans? And where is the computer to run that thing?
Seems all wrong, I'd stay away.
