LS1 cam in 91 305 TPI ?

I have built several engines in the past and have never had a problem. I didn't say that I did not know the difference between a 305 and an LS1. I stated that I was wondering if the cams would swap. You did not say anything yourself about the cams not being able to physically swap, just that the LS cam would be too much cam for a 305 and that the 305 would choke, which would mean that it would fit, but would not run well.

Sorry I offend you, I did not focus on the swap question because I assume the "not even close" was all that question deserved. I was trying to explain that a cam with a profile that will support 325hp will not work well in a lower HP car. The Cam design is based off how the heads and intake flow. Cam design is very precise, Taking a cam from one motor design to another design would be like interchanging parts from a timex wrist watch and a rolex pocket watch.
