I Bought a 92 RS 305 TBI last week. Its all stock but planning on swapping out with a 350 later. Its red with T-Tops and red cloth interior. Any suggestions on upgrades until I get the 350?

 

First question someone asks when they buy a underpowered RS. The better way to go would have been to buy a TPI car to start with if you wanted a 3rd gen car. Now make that RS a Franken car.

 

I have the same problem you do. Just get an MSD distributer cap and rotar. Also get some MSD Plug wires, some good spark plugs and an X-tream K&N air filter and put a K&N breather on your valve cover and get rid of the vacuum. I just did that till I get my 350. You don't want to spend to much money on the 305 because you will want to put all of your moeny in the 350.

 

All of above are waste of money for little or no gains. Now the big question, what kind of induction are you planning for this 350 swap in a TBI RS???
