Default ignition, intake question

I am about to order a msd ignition, disrributors, wires, coil, and a racinf ignition for my 305 camaro. Now I have 2 Real questions....

1. Will just the whole new ignition setup increase my horsepower, cause I know the new intake will.

2. If I swap my 305 out with a 350 will I be able to keep the ignition and intake.

1. With a stock engine, probably not much that you would notice. But if you're abandoning the factory computer setup, you need to replace that stuff anyway.
2. Yes, with a re-angle drilling of the center two manifold bolts on each side, (if the 350 heads are the old style non-center valve cover bolt heads).
