I am puting in a 383 stroker in my 84 z-28 but i dont think the car can handle it. What do i need to reinforce the car and where can i buy one with out changing the looks of the car. Would 305 headers fit the motor. cuz when i bought the car i came with shortes hooker headers and how hard would it take to put all wheel disc brakes on the car

 

probably need subframe connectors, can find those just about anywhere, and they wont change the look of the car at all, get the weld in style though. as for the headers, i think 305 and 350 heads have the same exhaust bolt pattern. 4 wheels discs, direct replacement up front, in the back you have to remove all of the old drum components and buy a rear disc conversion kit (wilwood or brembo etc) and should be a direct swap for the most part, just time consuming
