i found a twin turbo kits on ebay that i've been thinking bout getting but i'm not sure if this all will fit under a ram air hood here is the twin turbo specs

Don't you mean, "if he builds it, it will come...apart"?
You are going to rebuild the engine at the same time, or at least the upper end aren't you? Putting any kind of boost on an old engine (one that can easily blow a head gasket on it's own when the mileage gets high), is a recipe for failure.
