Help needed asap!
I started my car today to go get gas because I was almost out and immediately after start up it started to shake and idle really rough, I drove it down to my shop and it is bogged down so low that it take 20sec to go from a dead stop to 2nd gear. I'm thinking with the gas level so low it might have sucked something from the bottom of my tank into the fuel lines or the TBI injectors, any help to narrow this down is very welcome, as this was my daily driver and I need to get it back on the road

The gas is always getting sucked from the bottom of the tank, so the level being low isn't going to make dirt appear that wouldn't have been there already. Your pump could be going out, or you could have a clogged fuel filter. Check your fuel flow. It's more of a pain with the TBI, as it doesn't have a schrader valve to hook up a gauge, you have to disconnect the line at the TBI. You could change the filter first and hope for the best. If it's never been changed before, it wouldn't be a total waste if that's not the problem.

There is a fine "sock" on the inlet for your pump that would stop most things from getting into your pump/lines. As you get low on fuel it is the stuff that floats that becomes a problem. If you run the fuel pump low on fuel it can damage the pump itself because the fuel passing through the motor and pump acts like a coolant.
Is if possible you had some small crap floating and it got sucked in and ended up in the filter? yes. Like Camaro 69 said fuel filter first then a fuel pressure test if you still have the issue.
