Default RE: headers

I just reinstalled my intake manifolds. Just like you say, the driver side was cake, but the passenger side was one hell of a tight squeeze. I don't know what your dealing with (being headers, not manifolds), but I moved my dipstick out of the way and snuck the wrench underneath (coming from the right of the bolt). Good luck.

I put in hooker super comp shortys. All i had to do was take off the air pump thing that goes to the top of the motor, jack the passenger side of the engine up a few inches, but i left the bolt in the drivers side so it pivited a bit. Then i just, slid in the header, no problem putting it in, but the bolts were another story. good luck

Like 350rs said. remove the engine mount bolt to jack that side up higher and hope there is enough gravity to pull it in.
And hope I am not bursting your bubble but there was no IROC modelin 84
