Heyy guys. Im a 4th gen z28 owner and came upon a deal that seems to be good.


its a 86 camaro

383 Carbed Stroker Motor with less than 2k on it.
* Body has 70k with no rust.
* Built 700r4
* 3" Flowmaster Catback exhaust.
* Posi rear end with 3.73 gears and an Alum girdle
n its all for 3000

Di yiu think its a good deal. And idk much about the 3rd gen camaros soo does annyone think this car would b quicker then my 95?

I have a magnaflow exhuast, pace setter Lt's ofr y pipe and a high flow intake

 

If you don't want it, I do! The engine alone is worth at least that much.

 

if not faster than pretty dam close,like 69 said the motot and trans cost more than the guy is asking,this deal might be to good to be true.

 

If the motro and tranny were built good Hell Yes it sounds like a good deal. And not knowing exactly whats all in the 383 it might give the 95 Z28 a run for its money. Dump the carb and install a reliable Edelbrock or Holley FI system

 

thats one hell of a deal but it sounds to good to be true i would look over the car and go for a test drive cuz thats not a lot for something thatcould be worth a lot

 

I agree with everyone else, it sound like a great deal but almost too good.
I would absolutly buy it if everything checks out. Maybe bring someone along
with you that is familiar with 3rd gens, and stroker motors. Try and post a pic.
