Need a little info. I have a 91 RS with a tired 305 and I would like to transplant my 92 350 out of my 92 sub. 4x4 into the camaro. both are TBI motors. Now comes the fun part. I will be using the 350 TBI injector and the 350 knock sensor. Now what about the ECM? do I need to just swop the proms or swop the entire ECM?I am running flat top pistons and 76cc heads and a hi-torque cam for pulling when it was in the sub.I plan on leaveing all the same for the swop. The heads have 2.02 intakes and 1.6 ex. with all the normal bowel work for the bigger valves. oh ya the intake is a edlbrock perf. with an addapter plate for the TBI.

I think all you need to do is swap the prom.

 

you should be able to swap the prom. however, that amount of work, the ecm cant calculate for the added power. if you want to maximize it, check out PCMforless.com that way you can get the most out of all the work you have done to it. otherwise, you have all the bases covered. make sure you pull the engine brackets off the 305, the truck brackets will not fit.
